dehydrating using my convection oven

Northeast, WA(Zone 5a)

I looked in the preserving forum but not much info there. Have any of you used your convection oven for dehydrating? My conv. oven only goes down to 100 F and then 225F. Nothing in between. Any suggestions other than don't use it?
