CLOSED: DARN!! but Here is what I HAVE

(Zone 7a)

It's really windy outside and the Top Branch of my Iochroma "Purple Queen" Just Broke off!! My plant was on the ground (blew over). I cut the bottom and removed the leaves and put it in a vase. As you can see it WAS about to flower. Maybe someone can root it I'm sure. I don't see why it wouldn't root easily like any Brugmansia (same family and likeness)

HERE'S THE DEAL:
I want to send this tomorrow since it just happened about 30 minutes ago. But I am all postaged out! I am wayyyyy over my budget and just mailed 2 boxes ($20.00 this morning).

Soooooooo if you have something to trade it won't be such a lost for me. Otherwise this will go in the trash tomorrow...

I'd like to give it a try, do I have anything you would like?

They can be rooted but it is no way near as easy as a Brug. I know plenty of people who have them and have never been able to root them. Good luck.

Uttt ohhhh..didn't know that about the rooting.

I'd still trade you some seeds to try it if you are game.

Ok...I'll check and let you know..thanks

If you have some Moisture gel when
you send it, it will help. Dip in rooting hormone,
put some of the gel on it,about !/$4tsp. Wrapped in paper towel , dip in water,
let gel swell, wrap root in Saran wrap.

Thanks I already sent it yesterday...we'll see what the receiver says on how it arrives. Ended up having to send more. Because I didn't realize another big piece broke off in addition to the other.
