Precious Collins 3/14/01 - 9/28/09

Shelly wanted to let everyone know that her darling Precious kitty passed away yesterday.

She had been ill for some time and surgery that determined that she had multiple abdominal tumors from which she wasn't going to recover.

Shelly's doing okay, but obviously is pretty sad. They had been together for a very long time.

Oh, it's so heartbreaking when a loved pet dies. She had a lovely life.

I'm so sorry you have lost your beloved kitty, Shelly. She looks like she was a real sweet one.

So sorry to hear of the loss of your precious Precious. She was so pretty.

Oh Shelly I am so sad to hear about Precious. Her memory lives in my garden in the form of the hellebore you gave me. I know she was special to you.

Sorry to hear about your beloved kitty! It is hard to lose a long time pet as they are your friends, you can tell them anything and know it will never be repeated, and they love without end.

I am facing this with two of my babies a 15 year old black and white long haired kitty that has the loudest purr and a 16 year old dog who is lab and terrier mix, blind in one eye and very hard of hearing, plus has a bladder problem...but as long as she is not in pain, she is with us.

Adding my sympathies for the loss of Precious. We've lost so many cats over the years - now down to one 17 1/2 year old little love. I know she had a special place in your heart - and she was certainly beautiful. Love the composite picture.

Kathy, Seeing the message late, but thank you for letting us know about Precious...I know that she was well loved, and will dearly miss the pictures of her that RC so enjoyed sharing. My heart goes out to you Shelly in the loss of your furry friend.....
