Can't do much with the first one!!

Second (a different bird; this one has a white wingbar, unlike the first) is a Blue-headed Vireo, note the very prominent white ring round the eye.

It was the same bird I took about 8 pics he would not turn around then took off. Thx Resin, new one for the list.
