Sorry, not Cerulean, that would have two prominent white wing bars. My guess for probably Tennessee, but Orange-crowned also possible. Any more pics, particularly showing the underside of the tail?

I think that's some white under his tail which matches a Tennessee Warbler, maybe its a lil slow with the fall plumage.
