Hibiscus Quiz

We have a quiz for all you hibiscus lovers out there , can anyone identify this hibiscus?

Hey Patrick, just noticed you had the bloom sitting on a Coleus. Is it Mystic Pink? Been going nuts looking for something with that foliage.

You are right with it sitting on a Coleus "Anna" the hibiscus is "Mary Poppins"

I was losing sleep on the leaf part, Patrick. Hadn't seen a Hib with that variation of color & just noticed this morn. it was Coleus. Very pretty flower & I love pink. They look great together. Patrick, do you have Fantasy Charm? Last night I was very tired. Cleaning out my GH, which I fill with junk 3/4ths of the year & my tail feathers were dragging. Thanks for the quiz. Enjoyed it.

Yes, Judy we do have Fantasy Charm.

we are starting to get everything ready to bring in the house, the weather is starting to get cooler, we brought in some of the cuttings yesterday.

Beautiful hib you got there Patrick, its gorgeous pink tones are so nicely placed in the flower, this would be a nice one to cross pollinate.

BTW, Here's a photo from the one of the cuttings of my seedling "Lexie" that I planted for Lexie, finally I'm seeing some new growth on it and I hopping it'll be ready to send to you before it gets to cold to mail it to you, just don't want it to die on its way to you though the mail. What would be the latest it could be mailed to you without it suffering cold conditions so I can mail it to you.

BTW, how the little princess, I haven't had much time to get on the forum lately, imagine your little helper will be helping you out bringing everything in the house soon.

I like your Mary Poppins, I love the pinks and that's such a sweet color. Patrick what kind of temps are ya'll geting now. I want to be on the lookout for when to bring my hibs in too.

The temps should be good for a couple more weeks, I'm thinking till about the middle of October. And yes Lexie will most likely be helping bring the plants in, she is also starting to remember the names of the different hibiscus, I was checking a pod on Kattie Jones the other day and she walked over and said Daddy that's Kattie Jones, I think it's funny because Donna has trouble telling them apart and I joke with her and tell her if she doesn't remember just ask Lexie.

We are having daytime temps in the upper 70's, lows in the 40 to 50 so I say keep a close eye open because winter is creeping up fast.
