Apricot Crape

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

This said Apricot Crape, semi-double, by Hines Nursery. Have the GV Apricot double but the subtle colors in this one said, "Take me home." Love the pink in the center & the outer edges have a hint of yellow. Patrick, are you moving your Hibs to their winter home? Haven't heard from you & Donna lately. Was 92 F here yesterday & only 67 F today. The Hibs & I really enjoyed the cooler weather today.

Beautiful trickiwoo!
My hib's are resting with all this rain coming in down here.
We had right at 68 yesterday & 64 right now.

HI Judy,

No we aren't moving them inside yet, the weather is still in the 70-80 here, but we are sure it's coming soon. Love your peach hibiscus, we have a peach getting ready to bloom for the first time any day now.

Thanks everyone for your comments. Wilfred it was 6.5". Lasted several days as we had cooler weather & I do think that helps. And, Cheryl, I don't think all the rain bothered mine.
Maybe like me....just a big relief. Dread thinking about winter but thankfully we don't have very much bad weather.

Hey Judy. that's a beautiful hib you have there! Have you had any luck with the pollination process? Gosh it's good to see you, I have some seeds for you, ready to go out. Would you D-mail me your address again?
Take care,

Deb, I haven't tried the polination again. Would you believe it is 92 F right now. Think I have got my red double Hib, Cecelia, rooted. Read you email.

Judy
