hi everybody, :)
i had a good day today. i planted some bulbs i needed to get in the ground, and although i'm suffering the consequences thereof, i'm rejoicing in the fact that god willing i'll see some new early life through flowers come next spring.
the weather was gorgeous here today. warm 70's, with a beautiful breeze. perfect gardening weather. even tonight all my windows are open. we have been getting down into the 40's here at night :( and to have a summers night like tonight is a gift from god.
but since it is 3:43 am and i'm getting sleepy again, i'll strole on back to the couch.

Hi Glad you enjoyed your day and hope you will have beutiful flowers in the spring. I always look forward to the first flowers after the cold of winter. I always feel as if I too am having a rebirth from cold and the pain it brings to my bone-so bulbs especialy are a rela sign of hope to me that something beautiful can come from something common and drab. Hope today is also a good one for you Shirley
