I have a columnea that is getting leggy. Some of the leaves closer to the roots have died and it looks bad. Do I just do I just take tip cuttings and put them in potting soil or what?

Columnea is easy to root. Just add a lot of perlite to your regular mix you normally use and take two node cuttings (even a one node cutting)......be sure and put in very small solo cups or small pots and dome. They will rot if you don't get enough perlite in the mix...................(oh and put them under your gro lights)
