I am having more and more tufted titmouse (s) on my windows. I have cleared away any bug debris but they are still landing on the outside metal frames (squares on the glass) and some times tapping on the window?
Any ideas why.

They see their reflection and think it's another Titmouse. :-)
I was wondering about that, I understand some birds have a sense of self awareness. Thanks
