Spectacled Bulbul , after looking for a while this may be your bird, but I would wait for further confirmation.

Yep, Spectacled Bulbul. Where was the pic taken? Unless there's been a major recent change in their distribution, they only occur in southern Turkey east of Antalya, not around Istanbul.
