Are the two stems you're showing both from the same plant? If so I'd look down toward the base of the dying one and see if there's any damage--could be the branch got bent or partially broken, or someone nibbled around the stem. If it was a general problem with the plant then all the branches would likely be showing signs of distress.

Hi!! They are both on the same plant. I called myself looking but after the rain stops I'll go look again. BBL!!!

Got to Check the base of plant and check for signs of rotting around it, usually its starts to rot on one side do to much water and will quickly spreads all around the base of plant until the hole plant looks like it dieing, if so you have to get the plant out of the rain and put it in a dry sunny area and hope its stops rotting and only that side was affected. Its has happen to me, that why I think that's whats happening to your, if it recovers I would try and change the potting mix with something that drains faster.
Hope this helps you.

Wilfred
