Not a Cave Swallow which are mid to southern Texas into Mexico. The tail seems short so it could be a Cliff Swallow, but the angle that tail is in doesn't help much, could be a Barn Swallow also. I do see some reddish color on the throat, so it would be one of the two.

Barn Swallow for me. Note the pale base on the otherwise dark underwing; Cliff Swallow has a more uniform mid-grey underwing.
