I think Chestnut-sided Warbler

I think you could be right with that for Bird #1.

Here is a shot where I got only the side of the bird....the little bit of brown was throwing me and I missed seeing the Chestnut-sided Warbler in my book!

Oh here is another shot...of just part of the bird!!

I will say Chestnut-sided Warbler also, matches my field guide as fall immature male.

Ditto to Chestnut-sided Warbler for pics 1, 3, 4, 5. Bird in pic 2 I'd say may be a female American Redstart, but the pic isn't clear enough to be sure.
