In July we picked our cherry trees clean. They are sour cherries and I ended up with a bunch of juice. I threw it in the freezer with the intension of making cherry jelly sometime, but now I want to make cherry ice cream topping. I can not find a recipe anywhere! Has anyone made any cherry syrup before?
