Hey y'all. My box store beauty has a name. It is Morning Star. Actually developed in Australia & was HOTY winner in the 90's. Morishidol the tag on this plant said, Painted Lady & I thought I sure had a pretty Painted Lady. So, I do not trust the tags from the box stores. But, it sure is nice to get a good

Hey Judy, even though it was tagged wrong in my opinion you came out winning with this one, very few times do you get something prettier and rare when a hib is mislabeled, wish I had your luck when I get a mislabeled hibs. I'm willing to exchange a cutting from your "Morning Star" when its big enough to cut with any off the ones I have that you like, would love this one to cross pollinate with, it really looks so gorgeous.
