Blue-winged Warbler from what I can see of the pics
If your first 2 pictures are of the same bird, I could agree that it may be a female Black-throated Green Warbler but the black spotting under and along the wings makes me think it could also be a young Townsend's Warbler.
The 2nd bird I really cant see if it has a black bar going across the eye to call it a Blue-winged Warbler, it could also be a Prothonotary Warbler.
Not sure on either. :|
After looking up some more pictures the Black-throated Green Warbler it also has the spotting under the wings so you may have it right. :) I would wait for another confirmation though.
