LOL Sue. I have this one! I love it. I have been trying to get a good shot of it. I have it in a combo pot with the coolest tree. I can't think of the name but you have the same tree. I will try to get a shot of the pot later on.

Do you have this in the front with your lime greens? It is perfect for your yard.

Zuzu and I each just picked one up at that Dig nursery on the corner of the hwy turnoff to Sebastopol. Love the large blooms, not sure where to even put it yet but I knew it needed to be in my garden!

Oh what fun! Where else did you go? I used to really like Dig with the previous owners. I have not been to impressed with the new stock. They used to have a beautiful white wisteria in the middle of their pond. Every spring I used to visit it when it was in bloom. The new owners took it out. Strike 1! LOL

I am going to go do the nursery hop up there soon, I just have to wait till it cools down some. I hate Sebastopol in August, too hot for me. And I look like I have measles now. Too hot for sure in my current condition.

The sun was hitting it so I couldn't get a shot that was decent. It is such a pretty combo!

I made a fresh peach pie, Sue. I am so thrilled with myself. You know I usually do not cook. And it looks edible!

I forgot. This is the tree I was talking about. The name escapes me. I know I saw a pic you took of it too. I love the colors! I have it in a pot and so far it is staying small. So I hope I have it a few years before it gets too big. It is on its second year here.

Your colors for sure.

Mmmm, yummy looking pie, my mouth is watering!

Looks like a Sumac 'Tiger Eyes'. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/102887/

That was the first time I had been to Dig. We went to Empire & Emerisa too.
