I just ove this bush, Clare. All the coprosmas are so cool. The colors are just great.

Hi Kell! I just found it at Green Thumb Nursery! I am going a little variegated crazy, I must admit. I just planted a new bed today and put them in it. I take a picture of it tomorrow to show you.

As you can see by the PF pics, all 3 of us love this variegated look! I need to buy one still :-)

LOL, you're right, Sue!

I see them in 1 gallon cans all the time. These do pots very well too. I have had one for 4 years I think it is and I have never repotted it. Still looks great. I have an incredible pink one. It gets its best color in winter when all else is drab. I llove it so.

I also have an orangey one Sue that you need for your border. The leaves are small too.

Clare, I can't wait to see your picture!

I just bought a hoya that is variegated. A variegated heart one. One look and I needed it. LOL

Sweet!

That is so neat, Kell! I would have snatched it up too! Thanks for the info on the pink and orangey one. I may have to find those. You know I've stayed out of nurseries for the past few years on purpose just because I didn't have anymore room for container plants or anywhere to plant anything more in the ground. Now that I've been landscaping the new place, I've got to a few different nurseries and was reminded why I love nurseries so much. I've also gone a little crazy with plant buying, but I think I've purchased all I need for the moment, but there might be room for a variegated plant here and there. Just as an aside, one of my AeAe's rotted. I actually bought two just in case one rotted so I still have one left.

Here's the Mirror plant in my new planter:

OH NO on your AeAe. MIne rotted too a few years ago. A fast $120. Yet some people seem to have great luck with them.

That bed will look great. Is that a dwarf one? If not they will be huge soon. You are going to be shocked. LOL

I came across another variegated aloe. I have so many of these now. But this one was so white I had to have it. I am such a sucker for white.

Sue and Clare, here is the other one I was talking about. In winter it has a lot of orange in it. All these love the cold and really color up.

Coprosma Evening Glow

It has orange and lime green, Sue. It is a special plant.

Oh la la, it sure is special!

Wow, Kell, that sure is pretty -- just really gorgeous. I don't think my Coprosmas are dwarf. Huge? Yikes! I kind of wanted them as underplantings for the Criums. That aloe is stunning.
