Not sure maybe a Northern Waterthrush.

Agree with a waterthrush; wouldn't like to say whether Louisiana or Northern, without better pics! Louisiana breeds in NC, but Northern could be starting to come through on autumn migration by now. So either is possible.

Thanks ya'll! I tried to find it in my bird book and it's not even listed? I went back and looked again this morning and noticed some pages are missing, including that one. :( It's way past time for a new book.......

I tried using the "auto adjust" feature to see if I could clean the pic up some?
