Is there such a thing I can print off the internet? It would be a lot easier than using this falling apart birdbook. I tried looking on Google, and when I clicked on one of them my Norton went crazy. :(
Printable bird checklist question.............
24,
Try this site http://identify.whatbird.com/, they may have what you need.
The Audubon society may have something too.
A friend shared it with me and helped me identify a Western Kingbird hanging around my yard. Since I always forget where I left these sites, I'm glad my friends on the CA Regional Forum are so helpful and understanding about my memory problems.
Hope it helps!

Try typing in a search for "Bird List of North Carolina" and see what you get. My state has a list made by the state ornithology society that shows all native and migratory birds that may be here at different times of the year.
Just as a follow-up to Pelle's recommended link ........
If you look at the left column and click on Bird Records, it takes you to another page where you can download the species into an Excel spreadsheet. Click on "The Birds of the Carolinas spreadsheet". Once you create a spreadsheet, you can sort them the way you prefer, i.e. alphabetical, selected columns, etc.
Wow~you all really know where to find all this cool stuff. That should help 24 out. : - )
Now I wonder if CA has one? ; - )
I'll try your advice with my state f_chisholm and let you know what I find out.
