CLOSED: Could this possibly be a Black Vulture?

I've only ever seen Turkey Vultures here so I'm wondering about this one. Sorry I haven't looked at my books yet. Was trying to catch Resin before it was too late. Thanks!

I don't know if this is; the tail looks kind of long. It's a juvenile. :-)

Sorry, just a juv Turkey Vulture. All the flight feathers are uniform dark grey; on Black Vulture, there's a conspicuous difference between the black secondaries and inner primaries, and the pale silvery grey six outermost primaries.

Black also soars on flat wings, not in a shallow V the way this one is.
