It doesn't have the yellow to it like the Costus barbatus. Could it be Spiral ginger Costus pulverulentus ?

Sunny, how tall is the plant? What about leaf arrangement? and, can you take a close up of the bloom spike...those will all make it easier to give you a more positive ID

Costus woodsonii short form.
This one is rated zone 9-10 and did not come back for me. If I get a chance I may try it again. It is a good bloomer and the blooms really show up, not all Costus do that.
