Well, I may not be a puppy in life but I am in my Mommies eye. I have been vomiting and having loose stools for about 3 days now. I don't really have diarrhea but my poo poo is very loose almost runny. I am sorry for the details but I need some advice. My mom cooks my food because I have problems with corn and lots of other ingredients in store bought stuff. She fixes me boil hamburger and rice or barley and boil turkey and rice. Sometime she puts peas and carrots in it too. I am still having problems. Do any of my friends out there have some suggestions. I was suppose to give a stool sample to my Dad to take to the vets on his way to work but I just didn't have to go. I did throw up last night though by the back door. I didn't want to wake up my mommy. She was sleeping so good. Can I take pepto bismo like mom does? I think my mom thinks it might be parvo but I am 9 years old. I didn't get a booster shot this year though so thats why she thinks it might be that. The vet said it doesn't usually happen to older dogs though but that is why we were suppose to send a stool sample this morning just to check for sure. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
