Better late than never.

Seymour, IN(Zone 5b)

I found your web site mentioned on the Birds and Bloom forum and came to see what was here. I am hooked. I started posting before I introduced myself. I'M Lou(dispatcher1). I am married and have two grown daughters. I have a backyard named "Lou's Chaos" complete with sign and all. We have garden pond and a stream running to it thru our yard. All on on a city lot , built by my husband. I have lots of perennials and I love to garden. I learn by trial and error. Some years, more errors than others. We live in zone 5, so frost is nearing and I get depressed each fall , dreading the winter. I love to birdwatch, read, crochet and paint.I paint on small smooth rocks and make garden critters and welcome rocks.I am a dispatcher for a sand and gravel company and do my hobbies at work during slow times. I love this site and can't get over what great people seem to be here. But then , I've never met a rude gardener. Thanks for the great site. Lou

Hi Dispatcher1/Lou,
You've found the best gardening site around!
I too, garden in Zone 5, and most of my perennials are starting to "phase-out" and go-to-sleep for the winter.
I always look forward to next years'growing season...
it'll be bigger & better, right?
