Looking for plant IDs

Beaumont, TX(Zone 9a)

I have two plants that came up volunteer and would like to ID them.
This first one just came up this year and is about 12" tall right now. It has mimosa like leaves that are not sensitive to touch but do close in the hot sun. It has small yellow flowers.

This second plant started last year. I cut it down and it popped right back this year. It is about 5 ft. tall.

The flower is kind of hard to see here but you can get an idea of the size against my hand.

I think the first plant is Sensitive Partridge Pea, Chamaecrista nictitans

The second one seems to be a type of Senna, but can not tell which one.
