You know you are an optimist when you loose almost all your chickens on Monday and by Sunday, you have located and purchased 15 more. At least I will have eggs this winter and a turkey for Thanksgiving. One of them is even a silkie!

I'm glad you've got yourself a new batch of chickens. I read your other threads about what happened to you. I am sooooo sorry. That must have been horrible for you. I wish you the best of luck with this new chicken family.
