I have alot of green tomatoes someone gave me when cleaning out their garden.
I've never used them before, so what do I do with them?
I don't can.

I can freeze, or just use them fresh, I assume they would stay good for a week or so in a bucket in my utility room.
Also do they need to be blanched for most recipes, like the ripened ones do?
any ideas?
