Is the MG tree the same as a Rose of Sharon? I have Rose of sharon, have to go out in the morning and snap a pic for you.
I am just curious. Don't mean any harm. The purple Datura is beautiful. Do you have to replant them (the Datura) every year? My Rose of Sharon
comes back every year.

MG tree is not same is Rose of Sharon, that MG tree is about 4 years old. Daturas reseed here and some of the plants are 2 years old but I don't think it's perennial.

No, I don't mean the Datura was perennial, I meant the Rose of Sharon.
I had heardThe Datura was not perennial. I had one, one year but it did
not reseed. I have some old fashion jimson weed back in my pasture.
It blooms white. Single blossom. Cleome self seeded back there too.
I just let them do their thing and they are always pretty to look at whenever
I feed my chickens or go look at the figs. It (MG tree) is a nice plant.
