CLOSED: What kind of Oriole is this?

It looks to be either a Female Hooded Oriole (looking at the colors, the beak and the wing bars) but according to the book
they don't venture my way.

Or a Bullock Oriole for the same reasons above

I'd go for female Orchard Oriole. Right that Hooded and Bullock's don't occur in MD!
