(2) 4 0Z. Salmon Fillets
1 C. Walmart Pineapple peach Salsa or Black Bean and Corn Salsa
1/2 C. shredded Cheddar, Colby, and Jack or Pepper Jack Cheese
Place fillets in baking dish, top with Salsa, then cheese. Bake 3705F for 30 minutes, until fish is firm and flakes easily. This is one of my personal favorites, also good with Basa (Vietnamese Catfish) or Swaii. Enjoy with fresh garden salad, and Southwest baked potatoes. Slice two medium Red Potatoes, spray with Pam, and srpinkle on Creole Seasoning. Bake for 40 minutes at 375.
