Finally......I have some buds on my curly leaf epi. Does anyone know the name of this plant and how long does it look until the blooms open. I appreciate any input as I am not even sure that it is an epiphyllum. I get confused with strictums and epis and rhipsalis.

Hi Annette, it's Epiphyllum guatemalense montrose. I used to have one a long time ago. I missed my blooms so I can't tell you how long before flowers but looks pretty close to me.

I almost missed my flowers!! I would look at them everyday and thought they were dying when I suddenly realised that they had probably bloomed during the night!! Stayed up fairly late and got a pic of the last one. Phew ☺
Nice. There are a number of night bloomers. I did notice in the first picture that there was one that looked like it had already bloomed.
