I'm still fairly new to Tennessee and I've never seen this pretty guy before. He's hanging out on my Daylily leaves, but I didn't see him eating any. He's a really pale yellow, if that helps.
Any ideas?
Cat I.D.?
the fuzzy ones are usually some type of moth.
Thanks Nanny, it has almost no head but a well working mouth.
I have it in my butterfly 'cage'...'house' but it doesn't seam to be eating the asparagus ??
Well it's not the Asparagus fern caterpillar aka beet armyworm, but it was on my asparagus.
Maybe the Yellow Bear/tiger moth?
MrsEd I think you ID'ed it.
I'm sure that what I have.
