I wouldn't doubt it if they were changing because so much of their surroundings are being changed too. Poor things! I live in the country and I know that I would hate it if the city moved in, it's not that easy to just pick up and leave. I have read that a lot of birds that migrate, will actually migrate to the same area for years. I seen the owls use the street lamps to help them catch their dinner last weekend when we were looking for them. Just a few months ago, none of that was there, it was just untouched wilderness. The state has gone through and put paved roads down, with covered camping areas, and the street lamps. I think it's nice but I also think that some places should be reserved for wildlife, more than there is now. Ha, ha.. before you know it our raptors will be small land dinosaurs... just kiddin.
