Maybe, though it is much bigger and has some flowers on it which I wanted to see more closely.

If those red flowers are from the plant in question, I doubt seriously this is a leonilae (petals not curled back at the opening, color too bright/light of a red) - looks more like the flowers of macdougalii. Tough to tell from this photo though.
