CLOSED: red-shoulder or cooper's hawk?

Which hawk do you think this is? It sure was enjoying the neighbors lawn sprinkler. It must have stood there for 10 minutes.

I was afraid of that...Beautiful bird, but I have seen a few feathers around the yard. I thought I saw a Mockingbird chasing him after he flew off.
