Catipillers all over my swamp milkweed Help ID ?

Flora, IN(Zone 5a)

These little guys are all over my swamp milkweed. Any idea what they are? they are not the normal cats I plant the weed for.
I do not mind them eating the plant but there are too many and the plant will be gone in short time. Wondering if I can move them to something else? I have access to regular milk weed.

There are 5 leaves packed with the little guys. I only have two plants and one is full of monarch cats

They are Milkweed Tussock Moths and will defoliate your milkweed. From what I have read, they only eat plants in the milkweed family. Personally I don't want any moths eating what the Monarchs need.

Thanks , I just moved them to the lower pasture and the milkweed patch there.
I too would rather save the ones in the garden for the monarchs.
