This little bird was acting very strange and lost. He just sat between the rails for a long time. Bill looks like a finch's.
I think I saw him again this morning in another weird place -- on my hummingbird feeder. I'll attach that picture next...
I think this is the same bird. He seemed to be just trying to get out of the rain.
