Huge plums

I'm seeing these in the supermarket now. Larger than peaches used to be, but still taste good. They come in red and yellow, with a sort of lumpy surface, mottled.

Curious to know what variety they are.

There are so many varieties of plumcots. I wonder if the red ones I saw aren't Elephant Heart. But that leaves me still wondering about the yellow ones.
