I'm going nuts.........

Trying to ID birds and could use some help please! I think I've gotten this bird narrowed down to either a Eastern Phoebe or a Eastern Pewee? Am I close? If it's either one it'll be added to my life list! :) First of two pics.......

Eastern Wood Peewee for me too.

Eastern Phoebe has a more conspicuously contrasting white throat.
