what is this worm

This was found in a medical setting. The physican wants to know what kind it is. Someone called the extension today and by the description said it was some kind of soybean worm. They didn't see the pic and the pics I have seen look differant than what they said so I wanted to be sure. It is from the coastal georgia region.
