need things for hubby

i need to know of some stuff that can be frozen for about a week without going bad after cooked.

hubby is out of town and all he has is an eye on a small type stove thingy. no oven but does have a microwave i took him.

need to know things i can cook to feed him.

i know spaggetti freezes and hamburger and chili does really well.
