I clicked on that address or whatever it is called and it is closed. Oh well, story of my life: "A day late and a dollar short!"

LOL, hey, I'm in that club, too!

Check out the link below--it appears that the offer still stands. I don't know why it says 'Closed' at the top of the other one. I never did use the free seeds for newbies offer--I think it started long after I got here.

The offer isnt closed ladies...Its the thread that was closed, once they get long it makes it hard for people on dial-up to be able to open them so they close one and start another to keep them relatively short...The offer is still the same... You can send a note saying what seeds you would like to grow in your garden...If these seeds are available, Arejay will try to include some of them in your welcome package...Just follow the directions on the page the link carries you to..

Ahhh, I see what happened...there were several posts after the one that gave the new link for the new thread, so the announcement of the new thread was hard to spot.
And the only time I've seen "Closed" at the top of a thread, it was in the co-ops, and it meant they weren't accepting new orders. Old dog, new tricks, LOL

Did you figure out how to get the free seeds for new members? If not let me know... Trish

Pippi? Let us know it you found out what you needed to know.
I was just here trying to help her figure it out. I'm not a newbie, but thank you!
DG is the best, Pippi, you will find a whole new family here, if you haven't already.
