My moon cactus has beautiful flowers and grew this arm really fast.

You better cut off this arm (and root it if you want), because it doesn't belong to the moon cactus and steals the nutrition necessary to feed the Moon Cactus. The MC is grafted on top of this green plant (Hylocereus undatus or Dragon Fruit Cactus) because it cannot grow on own roots due to lack of chlorophyl.

Thank you Jordi. I was not sure if this arm was going to be a problem. It grew really fast and I couldn't find any info about these plants growing arms. I will cut it and plant it and see how it does. Thank you for your help!

I have a 4'' Moon Cactus. All of a sudden his bottom part started to get yellowish and now it can't not stand and hold itself. Is it because of too much water. Is there anything I can do to save the plant? Thank you

Most likely the understock of the graft (bottom part) lost roots by too much water.
Dig it up, check what happened to the roots and if the stem itself is still firm and not rotten then keep it dry for several weeks standing upright in pumice or coarse cactus soil trying to re-root it.

You picture help me a lot, I was searching for if moon cactus can grow flowers, because I had one for a while and there's no growth happening, with this I can actually look forward to what my moon cactus would bring. I'm also a beginner so I'm still learning about things like this.
Motivation put to action!
Thanks
