All very pretty, Wilfred. Is that your Chartuse Rose just opening? I've seen pictures where the colors changed drastically during the day & that made me put one on my wish list. Manilla is especially beautiful. Congratulations on your seedlings. Thanks for sharing.

Actually Judy I took the photo just a few minutes ago and it does change during the day, photo doesn't do honor to what "Manila" looks like in person, that is color wise, photos come close to colors but they never capture the total full beauty of the colors of the hib, same thing happens with to me with "Neon Morning". I don't know why but some are harder than others to get the true colors of the hib on photos, but any way thanks for the compliments, Olja, Patty and Judy.

Wow, outstanding color on Orange Marmalade & Neon Morning! Who are the parents?

Carolina, PR(Zone 11)

Hey Jon, are you interested in "Manilla" I can send you a cutting if you like, just D-mail me, than you can see how nice it really looks in person. Debbie I only have the name of one of the hibs I used for "Neon Morning", The other one don't know the name, but I can show you a photo of it, And for "Orange Marmalade" really not sure, only an idea of who they are, since these were the very first crossing I did and never payed any attention to whom the parent plant were, did it just for fun and don't see the the use of it since hibs don't come true to there parents from seeds and as long has I get a beautiful hib, besides most of the hibs I started from didn't even have a name to them when I got them from neighbors who had them for years in their gardens or got them in garden centers just with tags that read tropical hibs and sometime not even that. So here is the photos of the hibs I used for "Neon Morning".

Your Hibiscus are beautiful. THe 7th one down is it your seedling? THe yellow. white and red center? It reminds me of a Banana Sundae. or Banana Pudding. Beautiful all of them.

I can always use and enjoy 100 + more hibiscus. Feel free to test here gulf coast texas. lol
