DH won first place in a cookoff today for his ribs. Should of been for everything but they passed the prizes around.

tell us about the ribs chris--wet or dry rub? sweet or hot? pork or beef? secret ingredient? oven or grill?
St. Louis cut pork ribs. He gets them at a wholesale meat packer. dry rub/sweet ----- custom built smoker on a trailer. I don't know the secret.
