I grew a datura from seed this year received in a trade,no name. It's a purdy lil thang. Single white w/ a 2-3" purple/violet ring in it's throat. Don't know how tall it might be as I grew it in too small of a pot and it didn't get over a ft. and half.
Anybody ever heard of this one? I've grown Blackcurrant Swirl and Le Fleur Lilac so I know that's not what it is.

Could it be discolor?
Are your seedpods held upright, and are they just slightly pointed? Or are they round, and hang down? If the first, it's probably D. stramonium, probably D. discolor if the second. If it's the first, I have plants that got upwards of eight feet this year! (In the ground, naturally.)
Seed pods hang down , round with spines.
