I have a beautiful Asiatic lily and want to move it to another part of my garden. When is the best time to transplant it. I assume after the foliage has yellowed. Right?

Right. But you can move it now if you are willing to dig around it and take as much soil with the bulb. It probably doesn't matter much since I assume it has already bloomed. I moved a few of my Asiatics the other day.
