It makes no sense to me to add introduced species to the endangered list. I don't think this is what Congress had it mind when it created this law. Restrictions on private land use can severely impact landowners, even preventing them from making a living.

FWS and the people behind this lawsuit would do better spending their time working on getting native birds like the Lesser Prairie Chicken added. It should have been on the list 10 years ago, but the ag and power lobbies are a lot more active politically than than conservationists.
