hey mamajack..it's your funny Agri-Starts person....G'Day..lol
wanted to know if you would want a alocasia boa for one of these
btw how big are these? plmk
Mamajack, it is a large tree. The tree has flower spikes as long as my arm or longer. One of the most beautiful trees I have ever seen. In 8a, it will need protecting until the trunk grows thicker.
Mortez, Thank you for your offer but I already have boa. I do love alocasia. they are 19-24" rooted. Dug up and potted about two months ago.

i wish i had something you wanted lol but thxs anyway, goodluck finding new plants you want
Froghollowlady, I have several.
so you do have one in your yard in hattiesburg?
how big would the trunk have to be? or i guess how old would the tree have to be? it must live outside for me to want it. and are these rooted cuttings or what?
Counted the trades and I have 4 plants in gallon pots 18-24" and higher.
barbara
bward...........if i got one of these and if i brought it inside for years how long would it take for it to get to the size i need it to be so that it can live outside here? lol i guess i want to know how fast they grow?
They grow fast and are pigs for water and fertilizer.
Barbara
really...for water?
i guess i am wanting you to give me actual measurements. lol. like how big does the trunk need to be before it won't die here? i don't even know how big these get but thought it was a shrub. but if it's a tree does it get 12 inches diameter? 36"? so whatever it gets to at adulthood how big does it need to be to go in the ground in texas if you know? i need to go look this plant up but would like to hear your personal anecdotes as well.
do you have one in the ground in hattiesburg?
